Abstract:
La lezione del timoniere degli Argonauti Tifi è la sezione di contenuto astronomico più significativa del poema di Valerio Flacco. Essa è dedicata alle previsioni metereologiche e all’orientamento e risulta connessa al modello lucaneo tanto per i temi trattati, quanto per l’adozione delle norme compositive proprie dell’epos didascalico.-

It is dedicated to meteorological forecasts and orientation and is connected to the Lucan model both for the themes dealt with and for the adoption of the compositional norms of the didactic epic.
