This project aims at providing a clear and reliable representation of the Smart
Working use in Italy and Europe, as well as a clear idea of its advantages and
disadvantages.
This means monitoring changes both in workers’ life, and in organizational patterns,
as well as the cultural resistances, the legislation gaps to fill and the policy issues
involved.
The project also aims at monitoring and disseminate the peculiarities connected to
the evolution of smart working and the implementation of new forms of agile work
such as co-working and near working, trends that are increasingly taking shape in
large Italian cities and they are interesting forms in domestic and corporate space
planning (think, for example, of a worker who has to share his room with his
children who do distance learning or of a company that can save on utility and rental
costs).
