The objective of the research proposal consists in determining whether and
how the implementation of supervised debate practices and habits in
vocational schools and business organisations improves the following
abilities: student’s and employees’ critical and creative thinking, problemsolving and collaboration skills; inclusiveness and open-mindedness in the
place to study and in the workplace. The research rationale is the following:
educating students as well as management and employees to share and
discuss rationally different views is expected to improve the aforementioned
abilities. Planned research will test and evaluate the efficacy and effects of
such procedures in several schools and corporations
