My research lines range from English theatrical literature, with particular reference to William Shakespeare, to twentieth-century women’s poetry and novels, outlining a trajectory that spans from the past to the present. Within this framework, my work focuses on the issues that have driven the crisis of values and on the gradual redefinition of the individual’s role in modern society, with particular attention to ethical implications. Through a philosophical and literary perspective, my research analyzes and explores the multiple facets of the role that culture, literature, and theatre have played over time, highlighting their evolution and impact on social, cultural, and communicative processes.
